financial resources within each organization, and add process expertise to
channel that knowledge to determine the best way forward.Incorporated into that expertise are Decision
Analysis, Six Sigma and Lean Organization concepts.

synergistic partnership; we listen carefully and work within the existing
culture to help the client both understand what they do know and identify what
they don’t know, and then use our experience and education to determine the
