Barton Consulting Services, LLC specializes in strategic planning and business development consulting for both non-profit and for-profit businesses.  We:

• Identify and solve problems through root cause analysis

• Assess viability of existing or proposed plans
• Work with entrepreneurs to develop business plans and presentations to potential investors

Our Approach

 ‘Problem solving’ is a generic process which can be successfully applied in any industry or organization, and similar approaches are required whether the business is for-profit or non-profit, well established or starting up.  We work with the product, marketing and financial resources within each organization, and add process expertise to channel that knowledge to determine the best way forward.  Incorporated into that expertise are Decision Analysis, Six Sigma and Lean Organization concepts.
